Your order will be shipped within 48 hours on working days.

8. Is it possible to deliver my order to another address?

Yes, you can. You can specify different delivery addresses in your account.

9. Within which Period can i exchange or return the item?

It's possible that the product does not meet your expectations.
You may return the product within seven (calendar) days if unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning.

Exchanging is not possible. You may return your item within 7 days (calendar). You can then place a new order.

Emma Safety Footwear provides 2 months guarantee on materials and manufacturing defects.

14. Which complaints are not covered by guarantees?
