Perfect sole design, every time.
In the same way a tyre profile that’s been designed for driving on dry roads is quite different to a profile created for heavy off-road conditions, Emma has created a wide variety of sole designs too. They are split into the categories ‘Indoors’ and ‘Outdoors’.
GripForce Duo.
GripForce Duo is an ideal sole for jobs in Construction and Farming, where you’ll spend a lot of time outdoors. A unique compound of PU and Rubber has been developed to be extremely slip resistant and offer significantly greater adherence and traction on wet surfaces.
GripForce Easy Twist.
This sole has been designed to offer perfect anti-slip resistance in most indoor working situations. The Easy Twist sole is designed to repel any surface liquids or grease you may encounter. Easy Twist soles stay in-touch with the floor for far longer than standard soles, even during brisk walking or running (during a hospital emergency for example).
The three pillars.
Contact Management is one of Emma’s three key pillars, around which all footwear is developed. The others include Balance, equally distributing body weight and comfortably controlling the position of the foot. And Hydro Control dedicated to removing moisture to keep feet fresh and dry. The combination of these is what makes Emma footwear extremely safe, even in the most demanding of work conditions.
