Buying: Where do I find the status of my order?


After placing your order you will receive an email with a track & trace number that allows you to track your order.

Delivery: What are your delivery methods?


Delivery with DHL.

Deliveries to consumers are done with DHL. With DHL is your shipment delivered at the address of your selection.

Schedule of delivery

Your shipment is delivered at the address of your selection from Monday’s to Friday’s. If you have places your order than the shipment is within 2 to 3 days at your home address. In case that you are not at home you will be receiving a note in your mailbox. The next day (from Monday’s to Friday’s) we will try again to deliver your shipment. In case you’re not at home, the driver will leave another note. The provided option is to pick up your shipment at the nearest shop or depot. During the weekends and holidays we do not ship packages, the shipment is being delivered the next working day.

Delivery: Is it possible to deliver my order to another address?


Yes, you can. You can specify different delivery addresses in your account.

Buying: Which payment options do you offer?


We offer payment by Creditcard (Mastercard, Visa), Debitcard (Maestro) and Paypal. All our transactions are being processed by Buckaroo.

Returns: Can I exchange or return my item?


Exchanging is not possible. You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it as long as you have the original receipt. You can of course try the shoes on (indoors) but if you want to return them, they should be in an undamaged, complete, unused, re-saleable condition. There are no additional costs for product returns and the money back guarantee always applies.

You can return your order ‘Freepost’ through your local post office using an printed address label. This address label can be printed by clicking on this website.

Attach this label to the outside to the parcel. The label should be clearly visible.

At the post office you will receive proof of postage, it is important that you retain this in a safe place until your return has been fully processed. You are fully responsible for the safe return of your order so make sure that you have the proof of postage should this be needed. 

Return Processing: 

It can take 7-9 days from the time you take your return parcel to the post office to the time that we receive it. Once we are in receipt of your order return we will organise a refund for the relevant amount within 5 business days (excl. holidays).  Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card, or other payment mechanism through which the order was originally made.

Buying: Do you have a shoe size conversion table?


Emma prints her shoes with European shoe sizes. In our webshop we offer UK sizes. Below you will find a conversion table.
